Cancellation Policy Summary

Free Cancellation

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in will not incur any charges.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

Our reservation team will always assist you if you have any changes in your travel plans. However please note:

  • Cancellation policy for FIT booking (less than 5 rooms) will be 24 hours
  • Cancellation policy for groups (more than or equivalent to 5 rooms) will be 30 days
  • In case you fail to turn up as per the cancellation policy, the hotel may levy a charge for full night's room tariff and taxes

Early Departure

Early check-out may attract charges as per the hotel policy.

Peak Dates / Special Rates

During peak seasons, long weekends, or special promotional rates, cancellations may be non-refundable or require 48–72 hours' notice.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.

Important Notes

  • Cancellation deadlines are based on local hotel time (Guwahati, Assam).
  • Special events, festivals, and peak season periods may have different cancellation policies which will be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Promotional rates and packages may have specific cancellation terms that differ from our standard policy.
  • For modifications to existing bookings, please contact our reservations team directly.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process will be borne by the guest.

How to Cancel Your Booking

Online Bookings:

  • If you booked directly through our website, you may cancel via the confirmation email link or by logging into your account.
  • For bookings made through third-party websites, please cancel directly through that platform.

Phone/Email Bookings:

  • Contact our reservations team at +91 9287988468 (8:00 AM to 11:30 PM)
  • Email us at reservations@ambitionhotels.com with your booking reference number

In-Person:

  • Visit our front desk at the hotel with your booking confirmation and ID proof
